Many ancient religious traditons tell us that we should set limits on our work, even give our beasts of burden regular days off from the demands and pressing routines of the world. Yet, when our work doesn’t involve physical labor or a tangible product, it can be very difficult to set these limits. Still, why should we do this, and how do we begin?
