Your Digital Remains (10-23-2011)
Rev. Margaret L. Beard
Our rituals around death, burial and remembrance have changed over the years. Increasing numbers of people are planning for their deaths, memorial services and other requests for after their death. A new issue is the digital afterlife. I suspect few of us have been thinking about our digital remains and the issues of access, privacy, remembrance and legacy. What would be helpful to know? How does your Unitarian Universalist faith influence your actions or approach?
